- Sub-components: Entrepreneurship Development, Breed Development, Innovation, Fodder & Feed
- Fodder development funding up to ₹50 lakh for silage/hay units
- Bank loan support — subsidy is back-ended through the lender
কে আবেদন করতে পারেন
- Individuals, FPOs, SHGs, JLGs, Section 8 companies
- Project cost typically ₹10 lakh and above
- Should have own contribution of ~10% and bank loan for the rest

- Bank passbook copy
- Proof of cattle ownership (or vet certificate)
- Land/lease document or PAN card
- Detailed project report (DPR)
- Bank in-principle loan sanction letter
- Project land documents (owned/leased ≥7 years)

- Register on the NLM portal (link below)
- Upload DPR and required documents
- State Implementing Agency reviews and forwards to bank
- Subsidy released to bank after project commissioning
