Response Timelines
- •Acknowledgement of any grievance: within 24 hours of receipt.
- •Resolution of the grievance: within 15 days of receipt, as required by Rule 3(2)(a)(ii) of the IT Rules, 2021.
- •Requests to remove content involving impersonation, nudity, or sexual content are acted on within 24 hours as required by Rule 3(2)(b).

For anything that needs the Grievance Officer's attention — illegal content, repeat abuse, intellectual-property infringement, privacy violations, or a complaint about the outcome of an earlier report — write to grievance@golx.org with the details below.
What to Include in a Grievance
- •Your full name, email and phone number.
- •The exact URL(s) of the content on Go-LX you are complaining about.
- •A clear description of the issue and why it violates the law or our Community Guidelines.
- •Any supporting evidence (screenshots, identity documents, registration certificates, court orders, etc.).
- •For intellectual-property claims, a statement that you are the rights owner or are authorised to act on their behalf, and that the information in your complaint is accurate.
Intellectual-Property Infringement
If you believe content on Go-LX infringes a copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property right that you own, send a takedown notice to grievance@golx.org with the items listed above plus a clear identification of the original work and your contact details. We will remove or disable access to content that we determine, in good faith, to be infringing, and notify the user who posted it.
False or Bad-Faith Complaints
Knowingly false reports, repeated abusive complaints, or takedown notices submitted in bad faith may result in action against your Go-LX account and may be reported to the authorities where appropriate.
