- Support for IVF labs, sex-sorted semen production and breed multiplication farms
- Sex-sorted semen at subsidised cost for farmers to skew calf births toward female
- Establishment of Gopal Ratna and Kamadhenu awards for best breeders
- Promotion of indigenous breeds: Gir, Sahiwal, Red Sindhi, Tharparkar, Rathi etc.

- For sex-sorted semen, contact the nearest semen station listed on the DAHD portal
