1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GoLX. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use GoLX.

2. What GoLX Is

GoLX is an online classifieds platform that lets users list indigenous cows for sale and lets other users find and contact those sellers. GoLX is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not own, sell, buy, transport, inspect or guarantee any cow listed on the platform, and we do not charge any commission on sales.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use GoLX. By using the platform you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Account

You sign in using your mobile number and a one-time password. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account and for keeping access to your mobile number secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Listing Rules

When you post a listing, you confirm that:

• •You own the cow or are authorised to sell it.
• •All details — breed, age, health, price, location and photographs — are accurate and not misleading.
• •The sale and any transport of the animal comply with all applicable laws.
• •You will not post the same cow multiple times or post listings that are not genuine.

6. Listing Review

Every listing is reviewed by our team before it becomes publicly visible. We may approve, reject or remove any listing at our discretion — for example, if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unlawful, or does not meet our standards. Approval by GoLX does not verify or guarantee the health, condition or ownership of any cow.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use GoLX to:

• •Post false, fraudulent or misleading listings or information.
• •List animals other than cows, or list anything for an unlawful purpose.
• •Promote, enable or carry out cruelty to animals or any illegal slaughter.
• •Harass other users, send spam, or attempt to defraud buyers or sellers.
• •Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.

8. Compliance with Cattle Laws

Laws relating to the ownership, sale, transport, welfare and slaughter of cattle differ across central and state jurisdictions in India. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws that apply to you and to any transaction you enter into through GoLX. GoLX does not provide legal advice.

9. Transactions Between Users

Any sale, purchase, payment or delivery is solely between the buyer and the seller. Before completing any transaction you should inspect the cow in person, verify its health and any documents, and never pay in advance. GoLX is not responsible for the conduct of any user, the condition or health of any animal, the accuracy of listings, payment disputes, or any loss arising from a transaction.

10. Disclaimers

GoLX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any listing or user is genuine.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoLX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from transactions between users, reliance on listings, or use of the platform.

12. Intellectual Property

The GoLX name, logo and platform design belong to GoLX. Content you upload remains yours, but by posting it you grant GoLX a licence to display and distribute it for the purpose of operating the platform.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to GoLX, or remove your listings, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users or the platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of GoLX after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
