Yes — completely free. Both buying and selling are free for users. We never take commission on sales. The platform is funded by donations and partnerships.

How do I list a cow for sale?

Create a free account, click "Sell a Cow" in the top right, and fill out the listing form. Add breed, age, milk yield, health info and at least one clear photo. Our team reviews within 24 hours.

Why was my listing rejected?

Common reasons: missing or unclear photos, missing breed information, suspicious pricing, or claims we couldn't verify (e.g. unrealistic milk yield). Edit and resubmit — most rejections are fixable in 5 minutes.

How do I contact a seller?

Open any listing — the seller's call and WhatsApp buttons are right there. Go-LX never sits in the middle of your conversation; you deal directly.

Are listings verified?

Every listing is human-reviewed before going live. We check breed claims, image authenticity, and pricing reasonableness. We don't physically visit cows — verification is documentation-based.

What if I have a problem with a buyer or seller?

How do gaushala listings work?

Gaushalas (cow shelters) can register for free at /gaushalas. We verify NGO/society registration and add a verified badge. Listed gaushalas can be picked as adopters in the cow-adoption flow.

Can I adopt a cow through Go-LX?

Yes. Look for listings tagged for adoption (often from gaushalas or owners moving away from dairy). Click "Apply to adopt" — the seller reviews your intent and decides.

How are vets verified?

Vets self-register at /vets/new with their registration number. Our team verifies their state vet-council registration before the profile goes live. The "Verified" badge means we checked.

Do you have an app?

Go-LX is a Progressive Web App — install it from your browser ("Add to Home Screen" on iOS, "Install" on Android Chrome) and it works offline like a native app. A separate Play Store app is on the roadmap.

Which Indian languages do you support?

English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi and Tamil. Switch from the language picker in the top right or footer.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or write to hello@golx.org. We remove your profile and listings within 7 days.
